Who we are

Acres of Diamond is a documentary media company. For any question about this notice or your information, write to hello@acresofdiamond.org.

What we collect

This website does not use accounts, analytics or advertising. We collect personal information only when you write to us — by email or through one of the forms on this site (contact, launch notification, return story), each of which opens your own email program. That message contains whatever you choose to include, typically your name, email address, organization, country and message.

How we use it

We use your message only to reply to you and to manage the conversation that follows, for example a partnership discussion or an interview request. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking technologies. Photographs are served from Unsplash’s image servers (images.unsplash.com), which receive the standard technical information any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of business discussions, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to hello@acresofdiamond.org and we will respond within the time the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

Terms of use
